General Registration Policies
Registrations are recorded on a first-come, first-served basis as determined by the timestamp of your online registration. Should we reach our conference’s capacity (200 students), we will open up a waitlist; schools on the waitlist will be offered spots as they become available. Last year the conference was full within 48 hours of registration opening, and had a waitlist of 24 students within 72 hours of registration opening. Nearly all schools had some type of attrition with their delegates and we are pleased that IC21 was able to accommodate nearly all of the students on the waitlist.
There is currently no limit on the number of delegates a school can bring to TCMUN. In consideration of your own students as well as other schools’ delegations, please provide accurate numbers and report any changes as soon as possible.

Monday, May 13: Registration opens
Monday, May 20: Registration deadline
Monday, June 10: $200 deposit due to IC21
Friday, August 16:Background guides posted to blog, country preference forms sent out
Friday, September 13: All country assignments sent out to delegations.
Tuesday, October 1: Payment deadline (last opportunity to secure a spot in the conference)
Sunday, November 10: TCMUN keynote speaker community reception (location pending)
Monday morning, November 11: Participant registration, keynote speaker, and opening ceremonies
November 11-12: Conference proceedings at JH High School
TCMUN Fees and Payment Policies
The cost for attending the conference is $50 per student delegate. A deposit of $200 is required by June 10. All remaining invoiced fees must be paid by Monday, October 1, 2019. LATE FEES MAY APPLY for invoices received more than one week after the due dates. Schools that have not submitted payment by October 1 will forfeit their spot at TCMUN. Upon receiving your registration, bills will be emailed out. Cash and check are the only methods of payment we accept; we cannot process credit card payments. TCMUN Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before October 1, 2019, any delegate fees you have paid at that time will be fully refunded. If you cancel between October 1, 2019 through October 15, 2019, you will receive a half-refund ($25 per delegate). You will not receive any refund for cancellations made after October 15, 2019.
