TCMUN Registration Policies

General Registration Policies
Registration will open at 12:00 pm on May 17, 2022, for returning and new schools! There is currently no limit on the number of delegates a school can bring to TCMUN. In consideration of your own students as well as other schools’ delegations, please provide accurate numbers and report any changes as soon as possible. Please note that our committees are small (mostly 15-25 students), so late changes to delegate numbers have a significant negative impact on all participants.
Registration will remain open until filled. In past years, we have reached our capacity within 24-48 hours of opening registration. A waitlist will be available once registration is completed. After initial registration in May, we will confirm any minor changes in delegate numbers once the school year starts in August/September. Final payment will be due in October, 2022.
Fees and Payment Policies
The cost for attending the conference is $60 per student delegate. A deposit of $300 will be charged and is due by June 10. All remaining invoiced fees must be paid by Saturday, October 15, 2022. LATE FEES MAY APPLY for invoices received more than one week after the due dates. Schools that have not submitted payment by October 15 will forfeit their spot at TCMUN.
Upon receiving your registration, bills will be emailed out. Cash and check are the only methods of payment we accept; we cannot process credit card payments. Please make all checks out to InterConnections 21. Payments may be mailed to:

If you cancel before October 15, 2022, any delegate fees you have paid at that time will be fully refunded. You will not receive any refund for cancellations made after October 15, 2022.
